Immersion Iron Phosphates

1) n plus D300 Fe ( Iron Phosphate)
It is a product which is liquid, acidic and almost neutral and which is used for phosphatizing iron-steel materials via immersion. It is used as weight % 2-4 and between the temperatures 50'C-60'C.

2) n plus D301 Fe (Iron Phosphate PH Adjuster)
It is a liquid and acidic product used to adjust the PH level of the n plus D300 Fe bath which is benefited for phosphatizing the iron-steel materials via immersion. It is used in the iron phosphate bath by checking the PH.

3) n plus D300 Fe/T (Degreaser Iron Phosphate)
It is a liquid and almost neutral product which is enriched in degreaser effect and it is used for phosphatizing the iron-steel materials via immersion. In immersing baths, it is used as weight % 2-4 and between the temperatures 50'C-60'C. By means of its degreaser effect, it is also benefited as wiping/cleaning phosphate.

4) n plus D310 Fe (Iron Phosphate)
It is a liquid and almost neutral product which is used for phosphatizing the iron-steel materials via immersion. It is used as weight % 2-4 and between the temperatures 40'C-50'C.

5) n plus D311 Fe (Iron Phosphate PH Adjuster)
It is a liquid, acidic product that is used to adjust the PH level of the n plus D310 Fe bath while phosphatizing the iron-steel materials via immersion. It is used in the iron phosphate bath by checking the PH.

6) n plus D310 Fe/T (Degreaser Iron Phosphate)
It is a liquid and almost neutral product which is enriched in degreaser effect and it is used for phosphatizing the iron-steel materials via immersing. In immersing baths, it is used as weight % 2-4 and between the temperatures 40'C-50'C. By means of its degreaser effect, it is also benefited as wiping/cleaning phosphate.

7) n plus D315 Fe ( Iron Phosphate Additive)
This product is used to fix the deformations caused by operation conditions in n plus D300 and n plus D310 Fe baths which are used in phosphatizing the iron-steel materials via immersion. It is not suggested except compulsory cases.
